POLICIES
APPOINTMENTS:
To best serve our guests and our staff, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hours notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. No shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment.
To uphold our cancellation policy we do require a credit card on file to book any appointment. These policies are non-negotiable so please ensure we have your current contact information as we send out automated appointment reminders by email and text.

SERVICES:
Client satisfaction is important to us! Requests for service adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment. All adjustments to services will be based upon original stylists approval.
PURCHASES:
Returns on retail items will be given salon credit only.
