APPOINTMENTS:
Due to the sensitive nature of the times we are currently living in, our cancellation policy has been updated and will be as follows. To best serve our guests and our staff, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hours notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. No shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. To uphold our cancellation policy we do require a credit card on file to book any appointment. These policies are non-negotiable so please ensure we have your current contact information as we send out automated appointment reminders by email and text.

SERVICES:
Client satisfaction is important to us! Requests for service adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment. All adjustments to services will be based upon original stylists approval.
PURCHASES:
Returns on retail items will be given salon credit only.
